1. Create a YouTube account
2. Go to Channel Settings option and Enable Monetisation Feature, Now you are ready to earn money on YouTube.
3. Record your video and upload on YouTube (Video should follow YouTube Terms and Condition)
Well let me tell you that there is not any views condition. As you upload the video your video is ready to Monetise(earn money). But to get this money you must to have a Adsense account.
So you have to wait and make more videos(like 30-50 videos). Because Adsense account require more data on you blog, website or YouTube Channel.
So When you have more Videos on your YouTube Channel then apply for adsense account. your adsense account will definitely approve. you can start making MONEY.
and You would be called a YouTubers :)
