You want to put all the keywords in that you want to rank for in this spot. Any pictures/media you insert into your posts should be first saved to your computer as a keyword phrase. Lastly, you need to make a point to use your main keyword phrase in the title to your blog post as well as the SEO title.

I suggest writing down a list of things that you know how to do or know a lot about.
