For eligible in Adsense, you have to post some article and get some traffic to your blog. and in some cases, you also get eligible once your blog crossed 6 months of first published post.
for checking eligibility Go to Setting > Earning then you can if it's eligible or not.
Once your blog is eligible you can start Adsense advertising on your blog. go to “Settings” > “Earnings” and enable
For enabling AdSense to go to “Settings” > “Earnings” and enable AdSense for your blog. This will allow you to earn money from your free BlogSpot blog.
Put Direct HTML Code
You can also put direct HTML code from other advertising programs like infolinks bidvertiser. that contains ads.
For enable Direct HTML code ads Go to setting > Layout then place the ad code (HTML) in your desire place.

Once Your blog gets more view and a brand you can earn money by using affiliate link from your niche related company. Just put the affiliate link in the post and when a conversion happens you get paid. You can use Affiliate links within your article using hyperlinks (Image with an affiliate link is also allowed).
