For some of these sites you get paid in cash, while others will pay you with gift cards or gift certificates to some of your favorite stores or restaurants. While this may be slow going for most people, it can still get you a little bit of cash for time that is often spent on the internet anyway. Just make sure the site, or sites, you choose do not require you to pay money up front as this should be an opportunity to make money, not spend it.
