Ways of making money on the Internet

There are many ways of making money on the internet. Every year, more and more people give up their 40 hour plus per week jobs with all the corporate pressures, bosses, commutes, and all the other unpleasant aspects of typical jobs to spend time at home with their loved ones and work from home. Although many people earn money from just one internet source, you might want to consider participating in multiple earning activities online.

1. Paid to click sites. There are plenty of sites out there that will pay you a small amount of money to click on certain websites. There are a lot of these sites such as www. clixsense. com, www. paidtoclick. com, www. tempscript. com, and www. matrixmails. com just to name a few. Yes, you can make money with these sites, but you spend a lot of time clicking on websites to make just a few cents here and there. However, these can be fun to do just as an occasional diversion.

2. Ebay. Go through all of those things that have been sitting around in the back of your closet, garage, storage unit, cabinets, or any other hiding places you might have around your home. Take pictures, type up a brief description of each and start selling them on www. ebay. com. If you are good at making jewelry or other craft items, then you can sell those on Ebay as well. If you can sew, then Ebay is a great market for everything from hand sewn adult baby bibs to wedding gowns. If you have old movies that you are tired of watching or just didn't like, then list those on Ebay as well.

3. Bulk wholesale online. If you have large quantities of jewelry, clothing, or any other type of product, then you should consider selling on www. liquidation. com. It works a little like Ebay, but you ship your goods to liquidation. com and they handle the rest.

4. Craigs List. For large household items, cars, trucks, boats, campers, and other items that are not easily shipped you might want to put them on www. craigslist. com. Just be careful with this one though because there are a lot of people out there who prey on buyers and sellers via this website. Keep in mind that in order for the people to view your items and/or pick them up they will possibly have to come to your home. It is free to advertise household items on Craigs List, so it holds a lot of appeal to many of us. Just be careful. For small, expensive items such as diamond or gemstone jewelry, coins, and collectibles, you might want to suggest that the potential buyers meet you at your bank or another safe area where the transaction will be recorded on video and will also take place in public.

5. Write How-To articles. A great place to get paid for writing how-to articles and publishing recipes is to write for www. ehow. com. It is simple and a lot of fun to write for EHow. com and you will get paid a portion of advertising dollars that your articles earn based on the number of page views your articles receive.

6. Freelance Writing. One of the best and most reliable companies I have found online for freelance writing is FaqHow. You will earn up front payments for articles written to qualifying categories, additional bonuses for being the first to write to a topic, and also a monthly income based on the number of clicks that all of your publised articles have generated. You can also compete in competitions and write to topics posted in their marketplace. There are many ways of earning money with FaqHow. I have been a member of FaqHow since August of 2007 and I have consistently received my payments on time each and every month.

7. Surveys. There are a lot of companies out there that will pay you for filling out their surveys. However, most that I have experienced have not paid off for me. I've heard of plenty of people earning income from this type of site, but I've had no luck at all with them. Probably the biggest benefit I have received from online surveys is that I received some coupons that I used at my local grocery store.

8. Mystery Shops. There are a lot of mystery shopping companies out there that will pay you a small amount of money and sometimes reimburse you for a small purchase if you are willing to go to a restaurant, retail store, or other business that they assign you and either make a purchase or inquire about services offered, then complete an online report about your experiences.
