• Flashlight and a small blanket if possible
• A jacket or sweat shirt
Sickness and death. There is little a person can do to prepare for sickness or death except to take care of one's health to prolong those problems from arriving. Finding good nutritional products could assist in that effort.
Financial preparedness. This is an important area about which most people can do something to be prepared for an emergency which hits. Learning to live within one's means is extremely helpful in being prepared. This means not carrying excessive debt and establishing some savings.
